The joystick + cables are an alternative to a regular manifold. There is a separate level mounted; the links are attached to the manifold. Its ergonomic design is certainly important for those who will often use the loader. This joystick can handle 2 hydraulic sections, which is completely sufficient for a regular loader where one section raises and lowers the arms and the other section rotates the bucket. The amount determines the amount of surcharge that is needed to convert a regular double-section manifold into the joystick.
